Hawks vs Nets Final: 12/27

It's no secret that New Jersey Nets general manager Billy King wants Dwight Howard to open next season in Brooklyn, but he's going to have to convince Dwight that the Nets will be contenders, and Nets fans did not see that in Tuesday night's loss.
It was the last home opener in New Jersey for the Nets before the big move to Brooklyn next season. In the disappointing loss, Deron Williams went 3-11 from the field. He had 10 points and 1 assist in 25 minutes. Kris "Humpty" Humphries added 11 points and 6 boards matching Williams's 25 minutes. The most scoring for the Nets came from Marshon Brooks.  The guard went 5-12 and had 17 points. Granted Dwight Howard would have an immediate impact on the team, but is it worth the risk for him?

Atlanta Hawks: 106
New Jersey Nets: 70
